Who we are

The Claim Desk is a legal intake and BPO partner working with attorneys across the United States. Our team speaks with people who may have been harmed by defective products, medicines, or negligence, and helps them understand their options.

Working hours

All roles are strictly on the US shift:

7:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Two roles we're hiring for right now

Lead Generation Specialist

₹8,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience)

You are the first friendly voice our claimants hear. You'll call people who have asked for help, listen carefully, and gather the facts that decide whether their legal matter can move forward. It's steady, script-supported calling work where patience matters more than pressure — every call you handle helps someone get answers.

What you'll do

  • Call and follow up with customers from our inquiry lists
  • Ask simple qualifying questions about their legal matter
  • Verify names, contact details, dates, and key case facts
  • Record accurate notes in our intake system after every call
  • Hand over verified leads to the closing team on time

What we're looking for

  • Clear spoken English and confident phone manner
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer and typing ability
  • Freshers welcome — training is provided

Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US hours) · Full time

Lead Closer Specialist

₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

You take verified leads across the finish line. Working in the mass tort space, you build trust with customers, guide them through the paperwork, and stay in touch until their claim is approved. You'll also help keep the floor running smoothly — supporting teammates, tracking daily numbers, and making sure nothing slips through.

What you'll do

  • Close qualified leads in the mass tort industry
  • Stay in regular contact with customers until approval is confirmed
  • Explain next steps clearly and collect required documents
  • Coordinate with the lead generation team on daily targets
  • Support team operations, reporting, and quality checks

What we're looking for

  • 1+ year in tele-sales, closing, or customer retention (preferred)
  • Strong persuasion and follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable owning targets and daily reporting
  • Team-first attitude with basic leadership ability
